Is there an additional cost for this insurance? No! The INVISUS Direct Personal Identity Theft Insurance is
included at no additional cost to all current subscribers of the INVISUS PC
Security Service. Can I buy the insurance separately? No. The Identity Theft Insurance is included as a part of the
INVISUS PC Security Service through the INVISUS Direct’s Master Policy
and is not available to be purchased separately. Who is covered by the policy? Each subscriber to the INVISUS PC Security Service is
automatically covered by INVISUS Direct’s Master Insurance Policy. If
your name is on the company records as the primary subscriber to the INVISUS
Direct service, you are automatically insured. You may add your spouse to your
account so they are covered by the insurance policy as well. What does the $25,000 insurance policy cover? Identity theft victims are reimbursed up to $25,000 (with no
deductible) for certain expenses incurred during the recovery of your identity
during INVISUS Direct’s annual policy period – including identity
restoration costs, legal defense expenses and lost wages. The policy also
provides you with comprehensive identity recovery services. With 2 people covered by the insurance, is it a $50,000 policy? INVISUS Direct subscribers and their spouses are protected
with the insurance policy. Each person is covered individually for up to
$25,000 of financial relief. For 2 people, that’s a total benefit of
$50,000, but limited to a maximum of $25,000 each. Are financial losses (like money stolen from a checking account) covered? No. In most cases, banks, credit card companies, and other
financial institutions provide that limited loss protection - typically
limiting a consumer's financial loss to $50 on individual accounts. But you
must report discrepancies promptly and generally be able to show wrongdoing.
Personal identity theft insurance only provides financial relief for expenses
incurred during personal identity restoration. Is my business covered by this policy? No. This is a personal identity theft insurance policy and
does not apply to business or commercial fraud or identity theft. Are there any geographic restrictions? This insurance is currently not available to subscribers
outside the United States or to residents of New York, and may not be available
in other jurisdictions. Am I covered for events that occurred before I became an INVISUS Direct subscriber? You will only be covered if a stolen identity event first
occurs while you are a current INVISUS Direct customer and is reported within 6
months of the stolen identity event. What is a stolen identity event? A stolen identity event is the theft of your personal
identification, social security number, or other method of identifying you,
which has resulted in the wrongful use of that information, including but not
limited to stolen identity events occurring on or arising out of your use of
the Internet. A stolen identity event does not include the theft or
unauthorized or illegal use of your business name, d/b/a, or any other method
of identifying your business activity. Do I have to report a stolen identity event immediately? The policy provides benefits to you only if you report a
stolen identity event as soon as you become aware of a stolen identity event,
but no later than six (6) months after the stolen identity event occurs, and
you follow the instructions given to you in a claims kits that you will be
provided. If my INVISUS Direct subscription is past due, am I still covered by the policy? Any subscriber account that is more than 30 days past due is
in a suspended status. Suspended subscriber accounts lose the Personal Identity
Theft Insurance benefit. When a suspended account is made current, the
insurance policy is again in effect. Who do I call with other general questions? For general questions about the insurance policy please

How do I file a claim? Simply call the AIG 24/7 Identity Theft Hotline (1-866-434-3572) and an identity theft specialist will take care of you. You will provide AIG with the INVISUS Direct Master Policy Number that all INVISUS Direct subscribers receive. If you do not have a record of the INVISUS Direct Master Policy Number, please contact customer service at INVISUS Direct at 801-724-6211.
