| Thanks to a wonderful team of experts who spent an entire 6 hours fixing my problems, even though my computer kept kicking them out, they went above my expectations at their patience, knowledge, friendliness and functionality. | My tech this time was Jake N. I can't say enough good things about this guy. Confident, friendly, knowledgable, competant, and loves a good challendge. He went thru my computer, and did just what he was supposed to and more. When he was done, I asked him for advice on a persistant problem I had that had existed for four years. Three different organizations and their techs had worked on this problem and met with no success. I thought maybe he could direct me to a solution. I explained the problem, he asked if he could look into it a sec. Well, in 20 minutes, he solved the problem, fixed it and left me with an open jaw and not knowing how to express my thanks. What I can say is Jake is a credit to Invisus and techs everywhere. And a pretty nice guy! Many thanks for your help and solutions. |
