Thanks to a wonderful team of experts who spent an entire 6 hours fixing my problems, even though my computer kept kicking them out, they went above my expectations at their patience, knowledge, friendliness and functionality. My tech this time was Jake N. I can't say enough good things about this guy. Confident, friendly, knowledgable, competant, and loves a good challendge. He went thru my computer, and did just what he was supposed to and more. When he was done, I asked him for advice on a persistant problem I had that had existed for four years. Three different organizations and their techs had worked on this problem and met with no success. I thought maybe he could direct me to a solution. I explained the problem, he asked if he could look into it a sec. Well, in 20 minutes, he solved the problem, fixed it and left me with an open jaw and not knowing how to express my thanks. What I can say is Jake is a credit to Invisus and techs everywhere. And a pretty nice guy! Many thanks for your help and solutions.
