The Race winners not only win big with race money ­ they benefit from splitting the entire monthly profit sharing pools with just a few other resellers. The Race to Gold and Platinum has been set up to pay huge dividends to the first few INVISUS Direct resellers who qualify for the Gold and Platinum Performance Pools. No monthly profit sharing bonuses in the Gold and Platinum Pools will begin to be paid out to resellers until the first person meets the pool qualifications. Instead the profit sharing money continues to accumulate in these two race pools, and is paid out in one huge lump sum, split between all race winners.

The first 25 resellers who meet the Gold Pool qualifications (minimum of 5 front-line silver qualified resellers and 100 total group sales during the month) officially win the Race to Gold, and will split the Gold Race Pool equally. The Race to Gold is not over, and will continue from month to month, until a total of 25 resellers have met the Gold Pool qualifications.

The first 5 resellers who qualify for the Platinum Pool (Min. of 5 front-line Gold qualified resellers, 10 additional Gold qualifiers anywhere in your sales group, and 500 total group sales during the month) win the Race to Platinum, and split the Platinum Race Pool equally. The Race to Platinum is not over until a total of 5 resellers have met the Platinum Pool qualifications.

Here’s how it works:

The Gold and Platinum Race Pools are the profit sharing pools set up to accumulate the cash until the Races are over.

Starting June 1, 2004, fifteen dollars ($15) from every sale company-wide is contributed to the Gold Race Pool. Ten dollars ($10) from every sale is contributed to the Platinum Race Pool.

These two pools continue to accumulate profit sharing money from month to month until THE FIRST RESELLER QUALIFIES for each of the profit sharing pools ­ NO MATTER HOW BIG THE RACE POOLS BECOME or how long it takes.

At the end of the month when the first reseller meets the standard qualifications for the regular Gold Performance Pool, the Gold Race Pool STOPS ACCUMULATING money. The Gold Race Pool is essentially “frozen” at that point and set aside, to be split between the first 25 resellers to meet the Gold qualifications. The same holds true for the Platinum Race Pool. When the first reseller meets the Platinum qualifications, the pool freezes and is set aside, then split between the first 5 qualifiers as they qualify.

Both the Gold and the Platinum Race Pools are split equally between all race winners. So the 25 Gold Race winners will split the entire Gold Race Pool equally, and the 5 Platinum Race winners will split the entire Platinum Race Pool equally. It is possible for individual resellers to win in both races.

The first reseller to meet the standard Gold Pool qualifications and the first reseller to meet the Platinum qualifications immediately take their share of race winnings. The other remaining future race winners will take their share of the Race Pool when they meet the qualifications.

When all of the first 25 resellers meet the Gold Pool qualifications, the Gold Race is over and all the Gold Race Pool money will have been paid out. Likewise, when all of the first 5 resellers meet the Platinum Pool Qualifications, the Platinum Race is over, and all the Platinum Race Pool money will have been paid out.

All Race Pool winners will receive their race bonus money on the normal commission pay schedule, by the 15th of the following month. Race winners have the opportunity to qualify and share in regular monthly profit sharing bonuses starting the month after they become a race winner.

As stated previously, regular monthly profit sharing bonuses are not paid out of the Gold and Platinum Pools until the first reseller qualifies for the pools. The reality is that the first few resellers to win in the Race to Gold and Platinum will have the unique opportunity of taking a huge share of the regular profit sharing pools every month ­ as they move out of the Race competition and begin taking monthly corporate profits.

These initial profit sharing bonuses could amount to unusually large sums of money on a monthly basis until all of the race winners and other future pool qualifiers begin taking monthly profit sharing bonuses from the standard pools.

When regular monthly payouts begin for the first time, just a handful of resellers will be splitting the entire pool. This promises to deliver extremely large profit sharing bonuses each month for these early profit sharing qualifiers for quite some time, until a substantial number of additional resellers are qualifying for profit sharing on a monthly basis.
